Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition, including any shrink wrap, packaging, or tags.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at agr@ancientgreaserecords.com within 30 days of delivery.
We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund. We sincerely apologize if this has happened!
Shipping:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Pre-Orders:
Pre-order items will ship as soon as they are available. Estimated release dates will be noted on the product page.
Please place orders for pre-order items separately from in-stock items if you want your in-stock items ASAP. Otherwise, we'll ship the entire order together later when the pre-order item is available to ship.
Combining Orders:
We cannot combine orders that were placed separately. Please order everything together or allow separate orders to ship in separate packages.
Cancellations:
Orders can usually be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Please email us right away if you wish to cancel an order.
If the package has shipped before the time you request to cancel, the order can still be canceled, but the buyer must pay the associated shipping costs (the roundtrip shipping cost).
Digital Downloads:
Digital download purchases are final and non-refundable.
Limited Edition Items:
No holds for limited edition items. All publicized or advertised release times are in PST (Pacific Standard Time).
If you cannot order at the time a limited item goes up for sale, please have a friend order for you.
Lost, Stolen, and/or Abandoned Packages:
If your package has gone missing, please contact us and we will do our best to work it out ASAP.
While we absolutely strive for every customer to be happy with their order, we cannot be liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged by mail carriers, or because they were not picked up or were left outside.
This includes packages that had accidental inaccurate address information entered on the original order, packages stuck in international customs, packages abandoned/returned due to unpaid international duties, or the receiver being unreachable by the courier.
For any items lost in the ways mentioned above, AGR reserves the right to replace them or not, solely at our own discretion.
